| Mobile radios may be programed as outlined in the "Mobile Group Summary" tab | ||||||||
| or you may utilize either the "16 CH portable Summary" or the "20 CH portable Summary" | ||||||||
| tab. Any one of the three options may be used but you may only use one of the three and | ||||||||
| and not deviate from one of these plans. | ||||||||
| All mobile radios will have a direct or talk around button enabled as well as an MPL or OST button | ||||||||
| If you have a Kenwood TK790 radio you will have to eliminate the orange highlighted channels | ||||||||
| from your mobile as there is not enough space in the radio. | ||||||||
| Portables may utilize either the "16 CH portable Summary" or the "20 CH portable Summary" | ||||||||
| but may not deviate from one of these plans. | ||||||||
| Group 10 is a "Coast Guard" group that has been mutually agreed upon by San Mateo, | ||||||||
| Alameda, Contra Costa and San Francisco Counties. | ||||||||
| Group 15 is reserved for incident programming. | ||||||||
| All portable radios will have a direct or talk around button enabled as well as an MPL or OST button | ||||||||
| If you have a portable that only allows 25 groups you will need to skip group 23 | ||||||||
| and continue with group 24, 25 and 26. | ||||||||
